Consumerist Caliph
As if things in the Middle East were not complicated enough, along comes another self-appointed religious maniac, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the murderous Islamist group ISIS, who has declared himself head of an 'Islamic caliphate' covering parts of Iraq and Syria.
Apparently, al-Baghdadi has called upon fellow Muslims to join him in this new promised land, but only the right kind of Muslims of course - Shia Muslims need not apply.
And just to prove that religious leaders too like the good things in life, al-Baghdadi was caught wearing an expensive western made watch on his pious wrist, thought to be either a Rolex or Omega 'Seamaster' worth thousand of pounds.
What a plonker.
